Overall impression9/10 — I love this coffee. There's so much flavor packed into these beans from Wilton Benitez' unique form of processing, that it's hard to compare to others. But it is loud, opinionated, and delicious. If you've never had a coffee by Wilton Benitez, do yourself a favor and grab it when you see it at ANY roaster.
